MEMBER PRIVILEGE

TO BECOME PHITEN SHOP MEMBER ( FOR ENTITY SHOP ONLY)

1. With purchase of HK$250 or above, customer can apply to be our member and get the bonus point at that purchase at Phiten Hong Kong’s entity shop immediately.
2. Customers under 18-year-old need to provide written approvals from their parents or legal guardians to become Phiten member.

BONUS POINT REDEMPTION

1. With every purchase of HK$250, you can earn one bonus point.
2. Every three bonus points can redeem $40 purchase value. The purchase value can be used in next purchase at entity shop.
3. The bonus point can also be used to redeem selected items when available.
4. From 1st March, 2019. Bonus point(s) cannot be earned when using bonus point(s) for purchasing.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1. Consumer must complete the Membership Application Form.
2. Before completing the Membership Application Form, consumer should read the Membership rules.
3. Once a member has submitted the Membership Application Form, it implies the member acknowledges and agrees the regulations listed.
4. Once a member has submitted the Membership Application Form, it implies the form provides authentic information for Phiten (HK) Ltd.
5. Consumers please use block letters to complete the Membership Application Form.
6. Every Phiten shop respects the privacy of each member, and make sure to keep member information confidential.

POINTS TO NOTE

1. Personal information collected or provided by the members for the following one or more uses:
   1. Identification and verification;
   2. Internal records, researches ad statics for the organization;
   3. Any usage related to Phiten (HK) Ltd;
   4. Better service.
2. It is our policy to comply fully with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) of the Laws of the Hong Kong SAR of The People’s Republic of China.
3. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Phiten member has the right to request access to and correction of personal information held by Phiten (HK) Ltd.
4. Redeemed purchase value cannot be transferred nor exchanged for cash.
5. The purchase value is exclusive to the membership owner and is non-transferable.
6. The cash points can only apply to Phiten Hong Kong’s entity shop.
7. If there is any dispute, the decision of Phiten shall be final.
8. Phiten reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time without prior notice. You are advised to check it on a regular basis.
9. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
